Without further ado, let’s go over our ways of helping you feel great and be the best man you can be.
#1. Exercise
Exercise is often overlooked. Many of us feel we don’t have the time to exercise.
But physical exercise releases powerful endorphins which trigger a positive feeling in your brain. Believe it or not, these effects are said to be similar to Morphine! Exercising is a scientifically proven way to make you feel better and is also proven to reduce stress and anxiety, and boost your self esteem.
Exercising also helps you sleep better, meaning you’ll be more relaxed, and look and feel better the next day.
Over time, constant exercise improves your physique (and of course your health!) which leads to increased confidence. And your clothes will fit better!
Try and start small. This doesn’t have to be daunting. Why not walk instead of getting the bus, or use the stairs instead of the lift. Little things like this can be built up into a routine. And if you stick to it, over time you’ll see a significant improvement in your mood and wellbeing.
#2. Dress Better
Well this is something which is very close to our hearts! Dressing better is what we are all about at RMRS.
When you dress better, you feel better. Your self confidence and self image increases and you’ll feel comfortable and confident when you wear your best clothes.
Think about that time you wore something and felt fantastic. Perhaps it was a new suit. Now try and expand this feeling to your whole wardrobe. This takes time and patience but it well worth it. You’ll start to receive more compliments but most importantly, dress to empower yourself, not anyone else.
Do something that scares you every day.
The Greek philosopher Aristotle said “An individual develops courage by doing courageous acts.” And breaking out of your comfort zone is something you should embrace and seek to do regularly. This encourages you to grow and overcome your fears which builds confidence along the way.
Remember guys, failure is nothing to be scared of. It’s an inevitable part of life and without it, we can not grow and learn. Try and start off small and build up your resilience over time, embracing your ?fears? and learning to overcome them? along the way.
It’s important to remember that this is something you need to keep working at constantly – you need to keep pushing yourself daily! ?Once you master this, you’ll become unstoppable!
#3. Listen to motivational podcasts / audiobooks
The aim here is to surround yourself with positive information. Cut down on TV and most importantly, cut down on listening to and watching the news! Of course you need to know what’s happening in the world, but don’t dwell on all the negativity.
Try and utilise your down time – if your commute to work is 2 hours a day, you have 10 hours of spare time a week you could be using to your benefit.
Research podcasts and listen to other people’s stories of success to give you inspiration. There’s a huge array of motivational material out there – a simple YouTube search brings up 100s of results so there’s no excuse not to start listening straight away. You’ll be amazed at how much better you feel!
#4. Face your shortcomings head-on. Get Roman can help!
Let’s talk about Erectile Dysfunction.
As men, we don’t like to. It’s seen as a taboo subject but it’s a problem that won’t go away.
Over 52% of men experience ED, with the rate only climbing as men age. In fact, 26% of adult men under 40 experience ED. And only 25% of those affected with ED seek treatment.
Often, men let the embarrassment associated with talking to a physician stop them from seeking safe treatment and instead pursue harmful overseas alternatives.
To get the help you need, you need to attack ED with openness and honesty.
Roman is changing the way men solve their health problems. They strive to be the easiest, safest, most affordable, and most discreet way men receive treatment for ED. With Roman you get access to top, U.S. licensed physicians who will review your treatment requests and write you a prescription online.
Roman is the safe, affordable, discreet, and LEGAL way to get treatment for ED online.
And it’s a game changer for lots of relationships. With the move to generics, ED medication is finally affordable
#5. Help Others
Helping others is a fantastic way to feel good about yourself. Take a moment to think about it – you’re making a difference to someone else’s life. Selfless acts enable us to stop thinking about ourselves and they help you to “get out of your own head”.
Why not try try volunteering or teaching others? Your local area will have a number of projects you can assist with. You’ll meet new people and you’ll feel great at the same time. Try and help a stranger in some way every day; these Random Acts of Kindness are hugely empowering and you’ll find your confidence grows while you improve other’s lives.
