My expectations were to learn a little science behind scent triggers, and not much else.
What I have found is that the course does require quite a bit of self reflection and introspection.
If you’re willing to put in the work, look at what you can do better, and most importantly work to be better, then I’m sure you will find the course as rewarding as I have.

The Mission Fragrance set is great!! Scent wise, my favorite is Honor. I just love the freshness.
Functionally, I use Courage very often. I use live a theme each year, and this year is the Year of Fear, meaning I'll be overcoming fears and make myself uncomfortable by doings things I normally would not do.
With Courage's help, I have been able to make this year my best year since probably 2018 because I have reached into the unknown and had many tough, but rewarding conversations.
