Windsor Knot

Windsor Knot (n., adj.)

Also called a full-Windsor knot. The Windsor knot is a large, wide and symmetrical necktie knot usually best worn by men with square and masculine faces.

The full-Windsor knot is easily tied with thicker necktie fabric and worn with wider collar spreads.

The Windsor knot is not suggested to be worn to formal events like interviews as it draws attention away from the wearer.
