Linen

Linen (n., adj.)

A soft textile made from the fibers of the flax plant.

Linen fabric is an excellent choice for summer clothing as it is light and radiates body heat away from the wearer.

The fabric is naturally moth and stain resistant. Linen also tends not to generate lint.

However the fabric lacks elasticity thus easily wrinkling. Shirts, trousers and sometimes suits are made from linen among many other applications.
