Hello Antonio, I am a large man and am very interested in purchasing this book, however I do not own a kindle nor do I plan to buy one in the near future. Is there any way I can purchase a physical edition of this book? Thanks, Jio.

Yes one has to actually go through the process as if you are buying the ebook. I was hesitant at first bec I might get billed but when I tried, you will see $ 0.00 on the latter part (screen) of the buying process on amazon.
To confirm this, I did not received automated response from paypal that I was billed an x amount.

I read this piece from ‘The Art of Manliness’ and I found the section regarding collar
spread to be contradictory to what I had always accepted to be the rule. Has the thinking changed? Below is an excerpt from Alan Flusser’s ‘Dressing the Man’. Before this he talks about the size of the collar (length) balancing the size of your head (e.g. big head long collar).

“While the size of the collar should generally be proportional to the size of your face, when it comes to length and width your collar should be inversely proportional to your face. A thin face can be balanced by a wider collar, like a spread or cutaway collar… A wide or round face can be balanced by a
collar with a long point, like a point collar. (illistration shows a narrow collar)”
